I recently had a need to add a mail profile to my vista account to connect to a second mail server (Exchange). I knew I needed to get the Mail applet and add a mail profile but for the life of me I could not find the applet in the control panel. I searched the internet and could not find anything on the subject but did find a suggestion to enable 32 bit control panel applets to solve a different but similar problem. So I went back to control panel and found the link “View 32-bit Control Panel Items”. When the link opened, there was the mail profiles applet. Hope this blurb helps someone.
